Classes We Offer

We have a variety of classes to suit your needs. Theses classes currently run from Mondays to Fridays with the occasional Weekend class. We offer pilates, yoga & breathwork & meditation.

We will be expanding our offering as we grow.

If you’re a complete beginner, we cater to you, and this assists you to help you find the confidence you need to get to know your body, mind & soul!

Gentle Yoga

This class is a great way to dive into your yoga journey. We often find that those who enroll in our classes are surprised and excited by their own capacities, and through this class you will discover a whole new world that yoga has to offer.

We will focus on the nuances of the postures in a slow and buildable way. The class is suitable for those with injuries, beginners or preggy mama's.

Intermediate Yoga

This is our most popular class, and offers practitioners the opportunity to explore a wide range of poses and techniques. Together with the instructor’s guidance, you will be able to challenge yourself and reach all new heights.

Iyengar Class

Restorative Yoga

Ready to roll out your mat and get started with yoga poses? This class has a little bit of everything: meditation,  stretches and restoration. If you are looking for a class that offers gently active and restful poses, this is the one for you!

Child's Pose

Breathwork & Meditation

The perfect way to connect to yourself in the most mindful and restful way. A class solely focused on the breath and meditation, with little to no movement.

This class is a guided adventure in a safe environment. Use this class to focus inward, to connect to your inner truth and your body, to uncover the layers within.  

Meditation Group

Pilates (Classes will restart in Spring '23)

Build strength and flexibility in this class. Gentle, repetitive and strong movement using various apparatus or your own body weight. The classes are challenging and a wonderful place to challenge and tone the body! Join us to up the heat and connect with your beautiful body.

Antenatal Classes

One of our most exciting and beautiful offerings on our new schedule are Antenatal Classes with Becca from at Basadi Birth.

The course is a 6 week course comprising of 1 hour classes once a week. It is suitable for all birthplans/types.
